Sheng Yi-che (born September 23, 1992) is a Taiwanese politician and writer from Magong, Penghu. A member of the Democratic Progressive Party, he is known for his involvement in youth-led political movements and environmental activism. Sheng's family has a historical connection to the 228 incident through his uncle Zhao Wenbang, a victim of the event. He co-founded the youth occupation movement and served as a central executive member of the Shudang party. He has published novels under the pen name Ming Biao, including 'Crossroads' and 'Xiying Victory'.
