Shigekazu Torikai, born on March 12, 1947, is a prominent Japanese lawyer known as the first tax lawyer in Japan. He serves as the representative of Torikai Law Office and is affiliated with the Daini Tokyo Bar Association. In addition, he has held positions as an external director at United Super Market Holdings and Riso Kagaku Corporation. He has also been the former president of the Internal Control Research Society and adviser to the Japan Federation of Certified Public Tax Accountants.
