Shigemaro Katsuragi (葛城 茂麿) was a former Japanese royalty born on April 29, 1908. He was the fifth prince of Prince Kikumaro of the Yamashina lineage. His mother was Princess Tokuko, consort of Kikumaro. Katsuragi served as an Army officer, achieving the rank of lieutenant colonel (中佐) before his death on January 10, 1947. He held the title of count (伯爵) and was known as Prince Shigemaro.
