Shigeo Okamoto is a Japanese graphic designer born in Nagoya in 1934. He graduated from Aichi Gakugei University, now known as Aichi University of Education. Okamoto served as a professor at Nagoya Zokei University until March 2006 and now holds the title of professor emeritus. Additionally, he is affiliated with various design organizations, including JAGDA and serves as honorary chair of CCDO and CCC. His expertise is recognized as he has been a judge for prominent advertising awards.
