Shinpei Gotō is a Japanese university lecturer and former announcer, born on January 28, 1974, in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. He earned a Doctorate in Information Science from Tohoku University. Gotō worked as an announcer for Miyazaki Broadcasting and was affiliated with CROSS FM in Fukuoka and Kiss FM KOBE in Kobe. He later returned to Sendai to work as a radio personality for FM Sendai. In April 2017, he joined Television Yamaguchi and left in March 2021, subsequently becoming an associate professor at Hiroshima Shudo University in April 2021.
