Shirō Takagi (August 17, 1915 - February 12, 1985) was a Japanese playwright and director known for his work with the Takarazuka Revue. A native of Hyōgo Prefecture, he graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University and joined the Takarazuka Song Revue in 1936, debuting as a director in 1940. He is celebrated for pioneering new artistic expressions in Takarazuka and directed the closing ceremony of the 1970 World Expo. Along with Shirai Tetsuzō and Utsumi Shigetake, he is considered one of the three masters of Takarazuka and was honored in 2014 as one of the first inductees into the Takarazuka Revue Hall of Fame.
