Shōzō Etō (born April 29, 1942) is a former professional baseball player, coach, manager, and commentator from Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. He played as an infielder and is the elder brother of former player and manager Shinichi Etō. He served as the coach of Keio University from 2009 to 2013 and was an assistant coach until June 2014.
