Shun Taguchi (たぐち しゅん) is a Japanese lyricist, singer-songwriter, and music producer born on May 12, 1955, in Gifu Prefecture and raised in Osaka. He signed with CBS/Sony in 1979 and debuted as a singer in 1980, releasing seven albums. Since 1982, he has worked as a lyricist for many artists, including Yōko Minamino, Miho Nakayama, Kiyotaka Sugiyama, Shonentai, and Crystal Kay. Currently, he is active as a producer and bassist for the progressive rock band Yuka & Chronoship.
