Signe Flatin Neset (1912-1975) was a prominent Norwegian harding fiddle player from Seljord, Telemark. The daughter of musician Kjetil Flatin, she began performing at a young age and gained recognition nationwide. In 1960, she became the first woman to win a first prize in Harding fiddle, and was regarded as one of the best players in her time. She had a prolific recording career, with over 100 tunes recorded for various collections and played frequently with notable musicians.
