Sigurjón Magnús Egilsson, born January 17, 1954, is an Icelandic journalist. He worked at Dagblaðið Vísir before moving to Fréttablaðið as news editor when it launched in 2001. In 2006, he became the editor of Blaðið and later worked at DV. He was also the editor of Mannlíf, hosted shows on Bylgjan, and returned to Fréttablaðið in 2014. Currently, he serves as the editor and publisher of Heima er bezt while also producing programs for Hringbraut. Sigurjón received the Investigation Journalist of the Year award in 2007 and 2008.
