Silvio Cadelo is an Italian comic book artist born on October 10, 1948, in Modena. After studying art, he worked as a set designer in theater before discovering comics in the late 1970s. He began drawing for the magazine Linus and published his first album, Skeol, in 1981, inspired by Moebius from Métal Hurlant. He collaborated with Alejandro Jodorowsky on La Saga d'Alandor, but they parted ways after two albums. Cadelo gained popularity in France, leading to further releases in (à suivre) and more albums that featured imaginative and erotic themes.
