Sim Kim Toh, also known as Lazarus Simon Iskandar, was an Indonesian comic artist active during the 1960s and 1970s. He started creating comics in 1964, initially focusing on Japanese samurai stories before specializing in teenage romance comics. Sim was quite productive, reportedly producing around 80 titles, with his most famous work being 'Buku Harian Monita'. After the decline of the comic industry in Indonesia, he transitioned to illustration for magazines and film journalism. Sim passed away from a heart attack at the age of 58.
