Simão Teles Bacelar, known as Sima, is a former Brazilian footballer born on March 7, 1948, in Miguel Alves. He is recognized as the highest goal scorer in Northeastern Brazilian football, often referred to as the 'Pelé of Piauí' or the 'Pelé of the Northeast.' Sima achieved eleven top scorer titles in the Piauiense Championship and won the state championship ten times during his influential career in Piauí.
