Air Chief Marshal Sir Simon Bryant is a retired senior officer of the Royal Air Force, born on June 20, 1956. He served as the Commander-in-Chief of Air Command from 2010 until the position's dis-establishment in March 2012, following the death of his predecessor, Sir Christopher Moran. Before that, he was the Deputy Commander-in-Chief Personnel. He was knighted in the New Year Honours List of 2011, recognizing his contributions to the service.
