Simon Jackson, MBE, is a British cyclist and former judoka born on May 28, 1972. A visually impaired Paralympian, he remained undefeated in 159 international contests from 1988 to 2000. He won gold medals at the Paralympic Games in 1988, 1992, and 1996 and a bronze medal in 2000. Transitioning to track cycling in early 2008, he competed in the tandem events for visually impaired athletes. In May 2008, he celebrated two second-place finishes at the World Cup alongside former British team sprint champion Barney Storey but was not nominated for the 2008 Paralympics.
