Simone Angela Stacey is an Australian soul and jazz singer-songwriter, born in November 1977. She is a founding member of the girl pop duo Shakaya, which was active from 2002 to 2006. After a hiatus from music, she was featured in The Last Kinection's single 'Are We There Yet?' in 2011. Stacey auditioned for Season 2 of The Voice in 2013, where she was eliminated in the battles. That same year, she received two nominations at the Deadly Awards for her single 'My Pledge'.
