Sjaak Ruska is a Dutch powerlifter and strongman who was among the top competitors in the Netherlands for five years. He is related to judoka Wim Ruska, his uncle. Although Ruska has not competed in strongman events since 2007, he continues to engage in strength training and judo recreationally. In 2003, Ted van der Parre served as his trainer.
