Soňa Pennigerová is a Czech and Czechoslovak physician, university teacher, and politician associated with the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia. She served as a post-February MP in the National Assembly of Czechoslovakia and later as a member of the Federal Assembly's House of the People during normalization, including a term as chairwoman from 1969 to 1971. After 1968, she became a representative of the pro-Soviet ultra-left within the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia.
