He pursued studies in physics and astrophysics, earning his Ph.D. in astronomy. Currently, he is part of the scientific team behind NASA’s Kepler Mission, focusing on star clusters and stellar ages. He is married to Sara Meibom, a research assistant in radiology at Boston University.
