Sos Manukyan (1911-1985) was an Armenian Soviet architect known for significant contributions to urban planning and construction in Armenia. He graduated from Yerevan Polytechnic Institute in 1937 and led the architecture workshop at the Hayardnakhagits Institute from 1944 to 1985. His work includes master plans for several settlements and notable buildings such as culture palaces and residential neighborhoods. He received the title of Honored Architect of the Armenian SSR in 1961 and was awarded for his role in the 1951 All-Union Exhibition of Young Architects.
