Sotoo Terakoshi (寺越 外雄) was a Japanese man born on February 7, 1939, who is considered a victim of abduction by North Korea. Although not officially recognized as an abductee by the government, he is acknowledged as such by the organization 'Save the Children' (救う会). In North Korea, he was known as Kim Cheol-ho (金 哲浩). He was one of three fishermen who went missing after heading out to sea, with later confirmation of his survival in North Korea leading to the incident being referred to as the 'Terakoshi Incident'.
