His father is architect Takeunosuke Sakakura, and he comes from a family with a strong architectural background. His paternal grandfather was architect Junzo Sakakura, and his great-grandfather was Isaku Nishimura, the founder of Bunka Gakuin. Sphere is known for his contributions to the Japanese music scene.
