Sriman Prafulla Goswami was an Indian politician from Assam who served as a member of the Assam Legislative Assembly three times from 1952 to 1967. He represented Assam in the Rajya Sabha from 1967 to 1972 and again from 1974 to 1980. He also held the position of Chairman of Well India Limited from 1972 to 1974. Prafulla Goswami passed away on June 27, 2006, at the age of 99 in Guwahati, leaving behind his wife Usha and six children (four sons and two daughters).
