Stanisław Florian Hroboni was a Polish mechanical engineer and a reserve second lieutenant in the Polish Army. Born on May 4, 1902, in Stryj, he became a victim of the Katyń massacre during the spring of 1940. Hroboni is remembered for his contributions to engineering and his service to Poland, ultimately succumbing to one of the most tragic events in Polish history, as he was among the many soldiers executed during this brutal period.
