Stefania Grzeszczak, pseudonym "Stefa", was a Polish messenger born on December 10, 1923, in Warsaw. She participated in the Warsaw Uprising as a member of the 3rd Platoon "Felek" in the 2nd Company "Rudy" of the "Zośka" battalion. She served in various locations including Wola and Czerniaków. Stefania was killed in action on September 15, 1944, at the age of 20 and is buried in Warsaw's Military Cemetery. She received the Krzyż Walecznych award twice for her bravery.
