Ștefania Stănilă is a Romanian artistic gymnast born on December 27, 1997, in Aninoasa. She joined the national gymnastics center in Deva in 2011. At the 2012 Junior European Championships in Brussels, she won two medals, becoming the vice-champion in vault and taking third place with her team. In 2014, she won the European Championship title with her teammates. Stănilă was the youngest competitor at the 2013 World Championships but did not qualify for any finals. She was not included in the training squad for the 2016 Olympics.
