Sten Åke Lindholm, born December 10, 1940, is a Swedish businessman who founded Biltema. He served as the company's CEO until 1999 and remains its sole owner. Lindholm came up with the idea for Biltema in 1963, inspired by the high prices of car parts he observed while working as a mechanic in the military. Initially, he sold car parts through mail order. He has been living in Switzerland for several years.
