Sten Otto Graffman, born March 28, 1934, in Stockholm, is a Swedish doctor and associate professor. He completed his medical education and received his medical license in 1963. Graffman worked at the Oncology Clinic at Uppsala Academic Hospital before moving to Lund in the mid-1980s, where he served as clinic chief from 1989 to 1998, focusing on radiotherapy. During his leadership, he modernized radiotherapy practices. He is also an associate professor at the Oncology Clinic at Lund University.
