Stephen M. Daniels is an American lawyer born on March 28, 1947. He served on the Republican staff of the U.S. House Committee on Government Operations from 1973 to 1987. Afterwards, he was appointed to the General Services Board of Contract Appeals, becoming its chair in 1992 and serving until 2007, when he became chair of its successor, the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals. Daniels grew up in Los Angeles, attended several prestigious educational institutions, and is married to Maygene Frost Daniels.
