Steven Kees Aaron (Steve) Brown is a Dutch entrepreneur, television producer, and author of American descent, born in Roseville on October 26, 1954. In the 1980s, he led the controversial coffeeshop The Happy Family and testified in a legal case in the 1990s. Although he was involved in the hash trade during the 1970s to early 1990s, he claims to have turned away from crime in 1992. In 2017, he founded the political party Stem van de straat to participate in the 2018 municipal elections, inspired by a historical figure from Amsterdam.
