Steven James Parmenter is a former English professional footballer who played primarily for Bristol Rovers in the Football League. After a youth career with Cambridge United and Ipswich Town, he joined Queens Park Rangers but never played in the first team. He debuted for Bristol Rovers in 1996 and later played non-league football, notably with Canvey Island, where he won the FA Trophy. Post-football, Parmenter became a match official and, as of 2020, officiated in various leagues, while also serving as a Metropolitan Police officer since 2015.
