Steve Pascolo is a French biologist and one of the co-founders of CureVac, where he served as Chief Scientific Officer from its founding in 2000 until 2006. He has dedicated a significant portion of his career to the development of mRNA (messenger RNA) vaccine technology, particularly for cancer. Currently, he is an immunologist and researcher at the University Hospital Zurich, leading the mRNA platform of the URPP for cancer research. He also serves as the CEO of the Swiss company Miescher Pharma GmbH in Zurich.
