Steve Topper (born 16 April 1961) is a former professional rugby league footballer from Australia, active during the 1970s and 1980s. He was a foundation player for the Illawarra club, participating in their inaugural match. Steve is also known for being the elder brother of former Cronulla-Sutherland player Stuart Topper.
