Stian Høygård, born March 28, 1987, is a retired Norwegian ice hockey player who played as a forward. He was with Stavanger Oilers from 2011 to 2016 before retiring. Høygård attended the hockey program at Norges Toppidrettsgymnas in Lillehammer and represented Norway at U18 and U20 levels. He is known for his strong physique, having secured 2nd place in the Ironman competition in 2006 and winning it in 2007.
