Stjepan Janić is a Croatian canoeist born on November 24, 1980, in Bačka Palanka, Yugoslavia. He competes for Kanu Klub Jarun Zagreb and is a member of the Croatian national team in both single and double kayak events. His most notable achievement includes winning a silver medal in the K2 1000m alongside his brother, Mićo Janić, at the 1998 Junior World Championships. At the 2008 Beijing Olympics, he finished ninth in the K1 500m and seventh in the K1 1000m events.
