Suat Çelen is a retired Turkish artistic gymnast born in 1978 in Bolu. He is known for introducing the double twist movement in gymnastics, which is named after him. Çelen achieved notable success in his career, winning gold medals in various championships, including the World Schools Championships and European Youth Championship. Despite his accomplishments, he faced challenges due to lack of support, and later distanced himself from gymnastics to pursue a career in physical education. He is currently the president of the Turkish Gymnastics Federation.
