Surxay Novruz oğlu Musayev (February 1, 1951 - April 29, 2023) was a prominent Azerbaijani professor and medical doctor, recognized as a 'Distinguished Doctor' in 2000 and 'Honored Scientist' in 2010. He was born in Füzuli, Azerbaijan. Musayev graduated from the Azerbaijan Medical Institute in 1974, later becoming a professor at the same institution in 1992. He authored over 150 scientific works and played a significant role in medical education. He served as the director of the Teaching-Therapeutic Clinic of Azerbaijan Medical University from April 2010 until his death.
