She is the author of the bestselling novel 'Mornings in Jenin' published in 2010, and she founded the NGO 'Playgrounds for Palestine.' Living in Yardley, Pennsylvania, her second novel, 'The Blue Between Sky and Water,' has been translated into over 19 languages. It was published in the UK on June 4, 2015, and in the USA on September 1, 2015.
