Susan, Crown Princess of Albania (born Susan Barbara Cullen-Ward) was the Australian wife of Leka, heir to the Albanian throne. Born on January 28, 1941, in Sydney, she was a descendant of Queensland politician Thomas Lodge Murray-Prior. Susan met Leka at a dinner and they married in a civil ceremony in Biarritz in 1975. Though the Australian government did not officially recognize her status, she lived an adventurous life in various countries. She died of lung cancer on July 17, 2004, and was buried with royal honors in Albania.
