Susanne Groth Hovmand-Simonsen, born on November 30, 1972, is a Danish landowner and entrepreneur. She took over her family's large farm, Knuthenlund, at the age of 21, and is the fourth generation to run it. Hovmand studied economics and later became an art historian. In 2006, she introduced organic production of goat and sheep cheese at the estate, winning awards. After several years of financial problems, she sold the estate in March 2018 for approximately 200 million DKK.
