Sylvester Kirwa (born December 13, 1972) is a Kenyan football referee affiliated with FIFA since 2009. He officiates matches in the Kenyan national league and is a referee for the African Football Confederation. Kirwa has refereed in competitions such as the CAF Confederation Cup and the CAF Champions League, overseeing notable matches since 2010. He made his international debut on March 27, 2010, and officiated at major tournaments, including the African Championship of Nations. Kirwa was selected for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea.
