Szczepan Władysław Michalski was a Polish worker and scout leader, born on December 15, 1905, in Stryszawa. He served as a master at the Polmin paraffin factory in Drohobych and was the first worker scout leader in Poland. From the autumn of 1939, he commanded a conspiracy group of scouts and later, after training in Budapest, co-organized and commanded the ZWZ. He worked alongside Ferdynand Freimut, an instructor of the Drohobych Scouts.
