Szymon Josiah Borzestowski, known simply as Szymon, was an Australian musician born on February 18, 1989. He produced his debut album, Tigersapp, which was released posthumously in 2015 and nominated for an ARIA Award for Best Adult Contemporary Album. Szymon began work on the album at age 18 in 2007, but production halted due to mental health struggles. His life ended tragically when he committed suicide in December 2012. Following his passing, producer Mark Holland completed the album, which debuted at #21 on the ARIA Albums Chart.
