Tabata Mey, born Rainho Goncalves on February 10, 1978, in Rio de Janeiro, is a Brazilian chef. She gained fame as Tabata Bonardi, a semi-finalist on the third season of Top Chef in 2012. From 2015 to 2023, she served as the head chef at Les Apothicaires in Lyon, earning a Michelin star from 2020 to 2023. Notably, she was the first woman appointed by Paul Bocuse to lead one of his establishments.
