Tairia Mims Flowers (born January 9, 1981) is an accomplished African-American softball player and coach. A former collegiate All-American at UCLA, she won a national championship in 2003 and achieved significant personal accolades including three All-Tournament selections. Flowers also represented Team USA, securing gold and silver medals in the 2004 and 2008 Olympics, respectively. Transitioning to coaching, she has led Cal State Northridge and is currently the head coach at Loyola Marymount University, with a notable coaching record and contributions to the sport.
