Under the real name Thijs van Ebbenhorst Tengbergen, he also works as an illustrator, sculptor, and writing coach. Teng has published over a hundred novels, winning the Paul Harland Prize four times, and his works are translated into several languages, including German and English. He has also collaborated with various authors on short stories and novels.
