Takao Yokoyama was a Japanese manga artist born on February 15, 1937, in Beiping, Republic of China. He served as the first director of the Chiri Yukie Silver Drop Memorial Museum. Yokoyama was originally from Shinichi Town, Soma District, Fukushima Prefecture. His wife, Mutsumi Yokoyama, who passed away on September 21, 2016, was the director of the same museum. His father-in-law was Chiri Yukie's brother and the brother of Chiri Masahiro.
