Takeo Koike (born April 1, 1925) is a Japanese scholar of French literature. He was born in Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture. Koike graduated from Tokyo University of Education in 1956 and completed his master's degree at the same university in 1958. He became an assistant professor at the university in 1966, served as an associate professor at Tsukuba University in 1977, and later became a professor at Otsuma Women's University Junior College.
