Taki Katō (born March 30, 1945) is a Japanese coordinator and the vice-chairperson of the Refugee Assistance Association. She serves as the vice-chair of the Cultural Broadcasting Program Committee. Katō's birth name is Takiko Kurokawa. She is the daughter of former Diet member Kanju Katō and social activist Shizue Katō. Her family includes her husband, architect Masayuki Kurokawa, and her in-laws, who are renowned architects.
