Talari Manohar is a politician from Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India, born in 1954. He served as a member of the Legislative Assembly and member of Parliament in the 1980s and 1990s. He was a founding member of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and later joined the Praja Rajyam Party (PRP). Manohar contested the 2009 elections from Chittoor but was defeated. He has been politically active since his student days at Sri Venkateswara University and is a contemporary of N. Chandrababu Naidu, the current president of the TDP. He is now with the Indian National Congress due to his association with the PRP.
